As experienced manufacturers of rigid webbing winding machines, we designed the APS automatic rolling machine to specifically wind roller shutter belts and rigid straps. This machine packs them in a heat-sealed plastic bag and it can easily and very accurately recognise any surface anomaly on the ribbons and tapes such as twists or coils, tape/ribbon pieces joined together and other defects.
