We have designed and manufactured the CT automatic winding machine to easily wind up stiff bands and tapes as well as safety belts and lift straps. It can automatically wind rolls with or without cores and it is able to detect any anomaly on the belt surface like coils, tape or ribbon pieces joined together and other defects. According to your specific needs, the CT stiff band winding machine can seal the rolls with a staple or a pin.
